It was the speed in which the repair was carried out, as I rung them on the Friday and told them I needed my car for Monday, as I was going away. Within fifteen minutes they came to collect my car and sorted it out and they kept me informed. They then came to collect me, for me to drive my car home. They are the best Renault dealers I have ever come across and this is the seventh Renault I have had. They are pleasant and efficient. They are also always available and someone is always available to see you. They will find someone to see you, I have never had to wait more than ten minutes and that was by choice.
